Hydraulic Modeling for Water Quality Prediction in Hanchun River System


Abstract
Recently, stream has been polluted by concentrative development of urbanization. Accordingly, the prediction of water quality has important meaning for protecting the water from pollution. This study aims at the provision of the necessary information for river water quality prediction. QUAL2E model was selected as water quality prediction model. HEC-2 model, which utilize the standard method was applied for the estimation of hydraulic coefficients of the model. It was applied to the stream section in Hanchun river system.
